Follow These Steps to Cancel Your Account

An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation.
To prevent re-billing you must take the following steps.

First, log in to your Study With Adam Account HERE

1. Hover your mouse OVER the “Log Out” menu item, then click on the “Account” drop down menu link.

The Account screen provides a Subscription link.

2. Next, click the “Subscriptions” link, and then on the following screen following you can cancel.

On the screen you see after clicking “Subscriptions” you can cancel your account and will not be re-billed.

Paypal Subscribers – you must also log into your Paypal and cancel the automatic payments there as well.
If you have been re-billed against your wishes, please contact the
tech team and your refund will be processed immediately.

Help – I was re-billed, and I want a refund!

If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

Study With Adam and Crescent Ridge Publishing LLC, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Study With Adam and Crescent Ridge Publishing LLC service, for any reason at any time.

Such termination of the Service could result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account.

If you have posted material, your content will not be removed unless requested in writing to swa.support@studywithadam.com
